Sean has over 20 years’ experience in the EAS industry and founded one of the first independent EAS businesses in the UK in 1994. Over the next 10 years, the business grew to one of the most successful in the UK and as a result was the subject of a multi-million pound acquisition by a company listed on The London Stock Exchange.
In 2008, Sean founded a new EAS company, based in the UK and operating throughout Europe. When the opportunity arose to acquire Agon Systems in Switzerland, Sean set about merging the two businesses and totally re-branded the company in 2014 to mark this exciting new chapter in its history.

Andrew has been a valued member of the Agon team since May 2015, when he joined as an installation engineer. He is responsible for project management on all installation works as well as managing the engineering and technical support teams.
He has worked in the electronic security industry for over 15 years, after serving an apprenticeship with a company specializing in security and fire alarms and CCTV systems. He then moved to the south to pursue a new challenge with JD Sports, working in electronic security and EAS, before joining Agon.

After twenty years in the horse racing industry, Simon transitioned to Veritek, where he spent 16 years managing operations across Customer Service, Logistics, and Account Management. He played a key role in implementing business processes, managing installation projects, and maintaining ISO standards.
Now at Agon, Simon oversees Operations with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Logistics, supporting business between the UK and Spain. Outside of work, he’s an avid runner, recently completing two Ultra Marathons in 2023.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service across Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and now Security. He spent 15 years at Veritek, where he held roles in Service Desk, Operations, and Installations, working with brands like Boots, Asda, and Morrisons.
At Agon, Mike ensures excellent service delivery through our UK and Spanish service desks and oversees large roll-out programmes for clients such as JD Sports, Footasylum, and Superdry. He holds NVQs in Customer Service and IT and enjoys performing in local amateur dramatics in his spare time.
