Lauren is considered to be a highly-prized addition to the team. Having worked in demanding customer service roles for over five years prior to joining Agon, in her new role she’ll be responsible for overseeing service calls and for managing add-on orders, such as additional tags for our high-profile retail clients.
Away from work, in her spare time Lauren loves going to music festivals and spending time with friends and family.
